We offer three Lighthouse services, and you can read about them below. As leaders and managers of care, we understand the health and care systems deeply and can provide detailed and ethical insights into the care market that other care consultancy services can't.

We have enriched connections with services working as Best Interest Assessors (BIAs) and Approved Mental Health Professionals (AMHPs), meaning we know which homes offer outstanding services and those that require improvement.

As whole-market care experts, we're not connected to any care provider or organisation, and we do not engage in any referral payment scheme.

Our only goal is to find you or your loved ones the best available care and support. We are the only private service in the South that is fully managed and run by registered health and care professionals.

Our Lighthouse Service is broken down into three packages:

Our Light package includes a personalised care finding report. We scope out and report on your care home or care in the home options. Suitable for those seeking non-urgent support. Fees start from £395.

An easy-to-follow care market report, including comments on CQC ratings and a sustainability review.

Our Bright package includes a face-to-face assessment and care recommendations. We can also prescribe or recommend equipment. If you're in urgent need of support, we recommend this insightful package. Fees start from £645.

A detailed health and care needs report by a qualified nurse, social worker or occupational therapist.

Our Nova package combines both the light and bright packages, with fees starting from £995. We take all the stress away and coordinate everything from your assessment to procuring the right services.

An easy-to-follow care market report, including comments on CQC ratings, a sustainability review, which is combined with an analysis of your assessed health and care needs.
Recommendations of up to 3 suitable care providers within your area.
