Gary is our Principal Social Worker and Managing Director of Nova Care Consultants. He is also a qualified AMHP, BIA, Social Supervisor and Expert Witness. Gary is the Data Protection Officer (DPO).

Sarah is our Assistant Director, Named Safeguarding Lead and Deputy DPO. She is a qualified social worker and psychotherapist (non-practing).

Jaimie Huntley

Jaimie is a Senior Social Worker (Consultant) and a qualified BIA. She leads our Older Adults Division.

Michelle Tandy

Michelle is a Senior Occupational Therapist (Consultant) and is a moving and handling specialist. She leads our Reablement and Early Intervention Divisions.

Akhil is a Specialist Social Worker (Associate Consultant) and Trainee BIA. He leads our Learning Disability / Neurodivergent Division.
