Gary Spencer-Humphrey brings unique multi-disciplinary expertise to our adult safeguarding support service, he has worked under Adult Safeguarding since 2009. His areas of expertise include:
Managing safeguarding enquiries under DOH No Secrets and the Care Act 2014 as a practitioner, manager and head of service.
Holds several master's level qualifications in Adult Safeguarding and law.
Is dual adults and children's ABE trained by Hampshire Constabulary.
He is a former police constable and a level 1 investigation trained.
Is an Approved Mental Health Professional and AMHP Lead.
Dual registration is held in both England and Wales.
Level 4 Adult Safeguarding trained manager.
Bond Solon Expert Witness trained.
