Discount Offer
Nova Care Consultants supports the Blue Light Card initiative. We offer a 5% discount on all our assessment services to eligible Blue Light Card members as recognition of their valuable service to our communities. This discount does not apply to disbursements, travel or non-assessments, such as expert witness services, CHC or Section 117 Aftercare appeals or training services.
Eligibility
This discount is available to current Blue Light Card holders with a valid membership (or their family members we support), including:
Emergency services personnel (i.e.. NHS, police, fire service, ambulance and other eligible emergency service staff)
Armed forces personnel
Teachers and academics
Social care workers and other eligible professionals, as defined by the Blue Light Card
How to Claim
Present your valid Blue Light Card membership card when booking or enquiring about our services. Discounts may not be applied after the Schedule of Terms has been generated.
Provide proof of your current Blue Light Card membership (digital or physical card)
The discount will be applied to your final invoice.
Terms of Use
The 5% discount applies to all assessment services, excluding travel and non-assessment services (see above).
The discount must be claimed at the time of booking or initial enquiry.
Retrospective discounts cannot be applied.
Only one discount or offer may be used per service or transaction. This does not exclude several assessments if they are booked simultaneously or at a different date or time, so long as the discount remains active.
The discount is non-transferable and can only be used by the Blue Light Card holder or their family member we are supporting.
Blue Light Card membership must be valid at the time of service delivery.
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or voucher codes in force at the time of booking.
The discount applies to service fees only and excludes any third-party costs, disbursements, or expenses.
Nova Care Consultants reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
Standard terms of business for Nova Care Consultants apply to all services and do not impact your statutory rights.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of a Nova Care Director shall be final.
