Our awards

We were nominated, shortlisted and won the 2017 National Social Worker of the Year Awards for our contribution to community-based social work. This recognition was especially meaningful in light of the growing challenges faced by councils and health bodies nationally, many of which have been forced to reduce or eliminate vital community support services. Private clients (also known as 'self-funders') rarely have anywhere to turn. Now, they can turn to Nova Care Consultants for peace of mind.

In 2019, our efforts were further recognised when we helped dozens of clients challenge unlawful decisions to withhold NHS Continuing Healthcare funding. As a result of our strong assessment and advocacy, we were privately nominated, shortlisted, and ultimately won the 2019 Lawyer Monthly Expert Witness Award for UK Social Care Expert category.

Following the challenges of COVID-19, we were again honoured with a finalist and runner's up gong at the 2022 Business Excellence Awards held in Portsmouth, Hampshire. Adding another well-deserved regional accolade to our list of growing list of achievements.

We’ve remained committed to advocating for vulnerable individuals and their families since 2016. To this day, we continue to support local and national charities by offering free services and gifting quarterly donations to those charities that uphold fundamental human rights. We're the trusted partner in care, and offer our service to anyone through our Direct Access service.
